The benefits of yoga of children are it relieves stress while studying, make children’s muscles stretch and flexible, so that they will be more agile and not stiff when doing activities, increase their ability to concentrate while studying, grow self-condidence.
To develop fine motor skills sewing is also used as an aducational medium that can help children improve concentration, logic skills, and train children’s hand-eye coordination.
